Welcome to the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District Agendas Page. The VLACD Board of Directors meet every third Wednesday of the month at 1805 Burlington Beach Road Valparaiso, Indiana 46383. Here you will find the agenda for previous and upcoming board meetings. Public comment and participation shall be limited to items appearing on the meeting agenda. Individuals or groups wishing to place an item on the agenda shall register their intention with the VLACD General Manager no later than noon on two business days prior to the meeting.
